NWTI is proud to introduce our "new redesigned" 96-2004 open top tacoma winch bumper kit!
We first introduced our original "open top" kit around 5 years ago,
It has been one of our best selling products, in recent years our design seems to have been the "inspiration" for other companies to design products very similar to ours!
So we decided to redesign a bit and improve on a product that has been very popular with our customers.
NEW FEATURES-
-We began by redesigning the depth of the bumper, we removed almost two inches off the approach angle, making navigating of off road obstacles a bit easier and added a more aggressive profile.
-We added new support gussets to the internal winch structure, this adds strength to the entire bumper mounting system.
- We modified some of the lower panels of the bumper to add protection to the core support.
The 1996-2004 Redesigned Toyota Tacoma Weld Together Winch Bumper Kit includes:
- CNC cut and skeletonized 5/16" and 1/4" plate for the inner winch mount structure.
- CNC cut from 3/16' and 10ga plate for the outer structure.
- Lift points for High Lift jacks.
- Open Top design for easier winch access.
- 3/4" shackle mounts.

- All internal winch mount parts are keyed and slotted, which means no measuring or headaches!
- Assembly Instructions are included with kit purchase.
NOTE: 1998-2000 Tacoma's require the frame rail to be cut back and a supplied frame plate to be welded in.
NOTE: some winches may require remote mounting of the solenoid to clear the grill of the vehicle.
