Terms and conditions

These terms apply to orders placed with Northwest Trail Innovations (NWTI), Battle Ground, Washington, through this website, by phone, text or email. By sending an order request you agree to them.

How ordering works

  • Sending an order request through the website is not a purchase. Nothing is charged online.
  • We review each request and email you a quote with the kit price, any add-ons, any coupon discount, and freight to your chosen destination.
  • Your order is confirmed once you accept the quote and we receive payment. We may decline or cancel a request, for example if a part is unavailable or a price was listed in error. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund the full amount.
  • Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price in your quote is the price you pay for that order.

Coupons

  • Coupon codes take a percentage off the product total (kits and add-ons). They do not apply to freight.
  • One coupon per order. Coupons have no cash value, can’t be applied to orders that have already been placed, and end on the date shown when they were offered.

Shipping and lead time

Freight is quoted separately for each order because our kits are heavy. Kits usually leave the shop 15–20 business days after your order is confirmed; kits with options such as body lift adjustment can take longer. Delivery times after that depend on the carrier. See Shipping for details.

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If anything is damaged or missing, note it with the carrier or Fastenal branch if you can and contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Returns and refunds

  • No refunds on weld-together bumper kits. Each kit is cut to order.
  • For other items (winches, lights, hardware and accessories), contact us before sending anything back. Returns of unused items in original condition are handled case by case.
  • Items damaged in shipping or sent in error are not covered by the no-refund rule. Contact us and we will repair, replace or refund them.

Weld-it-yourself kits

Our bumper kits are supplied as unassembled, unpainted steel parts that must be welded, finished and installed by you or a qualified fabricator. You are responsible for:

  • safe, competent welding and assembly that follows the included instructions,
  • checking fitment on your vehicle before final welding,
  • making sure your finished bumper, lights and accessories comply with the laws where you drive.

Product photos may show finished bumpers with paint, lights, winches or other options that are not included with the base kit. The product page and your quote list exactly what is included.

Limitation of liability

NWTI products are intended for off-road and recreational use. To the extent the law allows, NWTI is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper assembly, welding, installation, modification or use of its products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
